I've just hidden the River Rat box, the second box in Greenville, NC.

To find this box:

-Park at the end of Eastern St.
-Walk between the red and white fense down a path toward the river.
-After only about 10 yards, you'll see a large concrete thing full of
debris.
-The River Rat box is under a piece of blacktop in this concrete
thing.
